Polyurethane insulated steel pipe

Polyurethane insulated pipe: composite of working steel pipe, polyurethane insulation and outer sheath, for medium thermal insulation and pipe protection.It reduces transportation heat loss via polyurethane foam's low thermal conductivity. 

Outer sheath protects insulation from moisture, air, UV, etc., extending life and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Insulation thickness: 30-150mm (per medium/ambient temperature, insulation needs).

Standards: API 5L; EN 253/448/488/489; ASTM A53/A106/A333.etc

Prefabricated insulated steel pipe

 prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe: good insulation materials need low thermal conductivity, damp/heat resistance, no metal corrosion, light weight, voids, mechanical strength (anti-external force), easy processing, low cost.

Common materials: expanded perlite, glass wool, rock wool, microporous calcium silicate, aluminum silicate fiber, foam plastics, foam asbestos. Insulation thickness: varies by material/usage (e.g., polyurethane 15-100mm; rock wool 30-100mm).
